For digital nomads

The residence permit for Digital Nomads, commonly known as “NOMADA DIGITAL” allows individuals to stay in Spain and work remotely for foreign companies located outside its borders. Family members can also apply for a residence permit, and they have the right to work in Spain as well.

We recommend submitting the documents while being in Spain, as in this case, the residence permit is granted immediately for a period of 3 years.
